    hi,

if i were to run a waher dryer with dryer timer switch disengaged, would ther ebe any issues for the motor turning in spin – wash cycles: i’m thinking of feedback through the door interlock switching.

    model: philco wd 2002s

What are you on about? What is the problem with the Dryer Timer that you wish to undertake such a cranky idea?

oh, the cranky idea is that the timer is shorting out the machine due to contamination of spilt soy sauce (a whole lot) and whilst it is one special order, the machine might be run with the timer disengaged.

anyway, do you think it would affect the motor cylces?

Almost certainly as both timers share common link, don’t mess with and wait for the part to turn up it is my advice 😉
