Since the demise of EAC we seem to be getting loads of Samsung American Cabinet jobs. One customer is displeased at our service as she was advised we were the agents and could not believe we did not have a fridge D/F heater on the van.
We need part numbers for:-
SS205S92/XEU Ice dispenser complete
SRS2025CVW Fridge Defrost Element
SR-L 2928B Fridge door, facia panel & rotating ice tray.
Does anyone know who the approved supplier may be, nothing on CDSL and it looks like nobody has taken on the managing of this stuff. To be honest I’d rather be rid of it, but I don’t even know who the appointed repairers are these days.
Help will be appreciated.

The model number appears incorrect Alex, there is an SS20S…. so I guess that’s the one. Part number DA59-30103E

Only the complete fridge evaporator (but the heater can be removed/swapped apparently) DA96-00013B
