    Customer just phoned me (yes, it’s Sunday) to ask how much it would cost to fix her D/W with the above error code. Can someone enlighten me as to what the error code means? Thanks in advance.
    Just had a second call to see if I had found out yet!! 20 mins after first call! Hope everyone has a good weekend. Bill

    Hi Bill

    The tech says AL7 is ‘motor jammed’ which I take to mean the wash pump ain’t performing 😉
