    Hi folks

    Just been to the above machine and found motor brushes worn.. no easy to get at I had to strip the motor and found they are perminatly connected/attached to the brush ring..

    Looked on Connections and found the do an end frame for the motor which includes the brush ring but looking at the picture there are no sign of the brushes… questions:

    1) If I order the end frame does it come with the brushes
    2) or can I just get the brush ring and brushes without the end frame?
    3) or is there a mod and I have to get the end frame and brushes as seperates..

    I know someone out there will know..

    If you follow the link below for spares, you will be able to get the brushes on their own.
    As you may not be aware the link for spares is not a trade link but mainly for joe public, but even still its far cheaper than connects or bosch’s half motor price in any case 😀

    12-BS-02 from Maddocks or BS12102 from Masterpart are what you want. Five minutes with the soldering iron and the jobs a good ‘un.
