    problem with zanussi f 1245w washing machine plus other zanussi washing machine models
    the machine goes through wash programme as normal with normal drum action.
    then tries to go through spin cycle it tries for four times but will not go to final spin.
    checked taco on motor and its 180ohms, pressure switch ok,pressure chamber not blocked.
    motor brushes ok .
    any suggestions??????

    Hi Lyndy,

    if it isn’t an out of balance load that’s causing the problem it’s usually the timer.I think EMW do a reconditioned timer £39.90 + vat. If it’s not the timer you can return it for £5.87. http://www.emwelec.co.uk

    Check to see if it will spin on a short spin cycle, if it does im pretty sure that it will be a time fault, ive had dozens of these.
