Went to this German made machine this morning, complaint of light flashing but no action.
Unfortunately the customer did not have the instruction book and I have not seen one of these before. The light above the start button wash flashing and the other programme lights illuminated depending on what you selected.
Whilst not really knowing what I was doing, I pressed and held the start button. This seemed to clear the memory and the machine now appears to work perfectly. I tried the diagnostics test procedure in the known error codes but it does not seem to work on this machine. do the lights on this machine flash error codes?Re: Whirpool ADP970
This appliance does have fault codes and a test program.
