    Can anyone help, If you press any of the buttons to select a programe the timer sets at 9 mins only, except for the last button sets at 5 mins..as anyone any ideas please..cheers john.

    Mmm, try with the door open and switched on, pressing Intensive 65 and Eco50 for 3 seconds then closing the door to initiate a Reset.

    It may have not finished a cycle for some reason, although they can lose the plot as with any electronic appliance. Glad you sorted anyway 🙂
