I have it sussed!
New mouse, new perspective… don’t ask.
I’m compiling the video overnight to REAL Player format that we can simply drop onto any old CD, not DVD, so better compatability to those with older machines. Apart from which Real Player is esily and freely available. The file size is large enough to discourage internet distribution unless you know how to use Torrent.
All the other info will fit easily on a CD as well.
Kev, can I spend £2-300 on a CD/DVD duplicator? Saves time and hassle and we’ll likely use it for CD or DVD at meetings again.
