customer is having to defrost every 2 days because of ice building up in freezer. has any one got any info on this model

I’ve got the manual for this model; wiring and schematic diagrams, exploded views, parts list, etc. If you pm me your email address I’ll issue an order to the wife to scan it and send it to you.
