I had a customer begging me for an ISE appliance, 🙂 (Cheque book in hand ready for 5+5 after I showed her the benefits of owning one) 🙂 , as she has spent more than (wait for it……..£1200 in the last 5yrs) 👿 on new w/m’s and repairs and couldn’t wait to have delivered a new 5yr guaranteed w/m. However, when I went to place the order, on Friday 16th June, I was advised delivery would be the next Friday (23rd June- to my door), then I would have to take it to the customers home and plumb it in prob on the Monday (being 26th June, 10 Whole Days after order). 😕 Is 1 Week normal delivery time for these? I maybe wrong, but I thaught they were 2Day? ❓

Fraid not, in South Wales it’s Friday delivery, thats determined by the logistics not us.
Compare that with delivery in Wolverhampton, 4 days a week. The moral of the story being, if you’d had one in stock you’d have made the sale.
To assist you to stock we offer at least 7 weeks credit facility to all agents, with a credit limit of 5.
Therefore any purchase on the 1st June, has to be paid for on the 20th July, what more can we do.
For now the delivery days are out of our control, sorry to be blunt, but some things we can’t alter…….
