problem with dishwasher is when you set prog. and close door it beeps then pumps for a second pauses for 5 seconds then beeps and pumps again, keeps this sequence until switched off,no other lights flash to indicate fault code, gather this is a smeg dishwasher ,any help would be great as i dont want to order a board if it is something more simple, cheers ❓

Does this model have 5 lights, that is one above each programme option?. I have module reset procedure for this type which says that the flow sensor is faulty (NOW GET THIS) even though there may not be a flow sensor fitted.
Had one a while back did a reset and cured problem, why the fault occurs factory coudn’t say.Happy to PM this to you.
