Hi
I have to change a microswitch for the water dispenser. How does the front panel of the dispenser come off to gain access??Cheers

i have been reliably informed the front does come of. but as yet have never had the pleasure…
gegsy can you enlighten me…does it come of…i have heard that the water system doesnt go through the pcb, its straight from the mains….

There are two slots in the bottom (you have to look hard) Prise the two of them carefully so the bottom pops away. What I did then is get my fingers between plastic front and casing and slide them upwards bit by bit the front comes away with heart stopping cracking noises, but no damage thankfully. Do this all the way round until it pops off.
Disconnect fly lead to display and voila. Assembly is basically as harrowing as removal. Line up the panel and the palm or base of your fist belt it back on. Really cheap and nasty still not as bad as soem Armana where you have to destroy the lefthand adhesive strip in order to slot panel out, at great expense I must add. Oh well alls well that ends well 😀Greg
