hi all got this hpt to look at,she says it will work fine one wash then refuses to spin till its had a rest. says she had carbons last year,that engineer said it was motor now,she wants a second look so we got it,any ideas,richard.

Give the ‘Last Error Detected’ diagnostics test a try. Listed on page #3 of the Error codes thread at the top of this forum. Could be a motor overload/motor fault.
