    it keeps tripping the safety thermostat out .I have replaced the thermostat on the heater but this has not rectified the fault. Can anyone help?

    check water level , also is the circ motor hunting ?

    water level is ok. this model has the heater under the cabinet.

    If the circulation motor is OK and there are no blockages then I’ll wager your customer is using 3/4 in 1 tablets causing overfoaming 😉
