    Hi.
    I need to clean my oven and I have to take out the element but it won’t come out easily. Is there a trick to it? I don’t want to damage anything by using too much force. Oven is around 20 years old. I was planning on just letting the spray fall on the element and cleaning it later. The element will lift up but is still hard to pull out.

    If it lifts, but not comes out easy, then it isn’t designed to be removed for cleaning. Wrap the element in foil while cleaning the oven and remove it afterwards.
