    Called on one of these today with 1st (rinse) light on, start light flashing and continuous bleep. Reset programme, run on test cycle which took about 5 mins, finished with 3 bleeps and 1 long bleep with start light flashing. Reset, then run on quick wash (2nd light). It filled, then washed, soap flap opened and within a minute aborted with rinse light on and start light continously flashing and bleeping. Have checked heater, sump microswitch, ntc and supply wires up to pcb (ntc reads approx 48kohms which decreases steadily on heat contact) Have looked at various threads which seem to point to the ntc .
    Any further help much appreciated.

    Assuming the 48k was at room temperature the NTC appears to be OK. It should be 58.1k at 20C and 47.1K at 25C.

    Check the flow meter in the left hand air break chamber 🙂

    At that stage it starts to heat, have you checked heater circuit?
    You also mentioned 3 flashes earlier, which indicates a heating cycle fault but you can also have a fluctuating NTC resistance giving the same fault code. Combine that with the continuous flashing previously (NTC Faulty), it all seems to point back to the NTC being at fault doesn’t it 😉

    Thanks for the replies. Have checked heating circuit from the pcb connector down, all seems ok! Was thinking it maybe the pcb as it normally heats after the soap flap opens. I had dismissed the flow meter because machine fills up no problem and washes up to this point. Have visually checked pcb for any dry-joints to the heater circuit but all is well.
    The readings for ntc were taken at room temp and then just warming it to hand temperature. Connect have just got these back in stock so perhaps I’ll start here.
