First time posting so please be patient guys
I have a Diplomat washer/dryer ModelNo. APM8702
SerialNo.2004 5010423-014103003-01
It will run through the wash cycle, heat to correct temp, drain correctly, the drum will turn clockwise and counter clockwise during normal operation, but will not spin up at the final spin cycle.
I’ve checked for blockages in the drain filter, stripped the pump down (plus all interconnecting drain assembly pipping), checked the hose from the bottom of the drum to the pressure switch (pressure switch clicking as air pressure is applied), I have found no blockages in any of the systems I have mentioned, but yet the equipment will not spin up for final fast spin at the end of the cycle, it simply continues with rotating drum back and fourth untill cycle ends. (I have tryed running machine with a ballanced load and running an empty drum, but same problem arrises)
PLEASE HELP!!Sounds like a PCB fault to me, from memory they cost about £70ish but Dave will be able to tell you for sure.

Yep, it does sound like a module fault.
I’ll need to know if there is a /1 or -1 after the APM8702 as there are two versions with different modules but they both around that sort of price.

Couldn’t find anymore diplomat S/N on the machine so
I’ve got the product description and number off the front of the Module itself – hopefully I can replace like for like!!
