    Hi set this machine on a program ,starts at 2h 08mins goes ok till 1h 55mins then starts to fill again then it stops compleatly with wash/rinse/spin lights on and start ,pause light flashing. also it goes back to 2h 08mins and does nothing. Checked pressure bowl and pipes etc. Any ideas? thanks.

    usually on my machine at 1HR 55, the jetsytem pump is turned off and heating commences. Hope this helps, Andy

    Pop up the PNC (product code) and I’ll send the diagnostics over 🙂 (confirm you’re on broadband as well ;))

    Thanks for your help the pnc code is 914513021/00 . Yes i am on broadband and thanks andyvito yes the pump does turn off and it seems to fill with quite alot of water up to the level of the bottom of the door which seems alot for one of these machines .The heater tests ok. thanks
