    Hi All.

    A genuine query.

    I quote the MasterPart web site home page message:

    “…Failure to buy from us always results in access being withdrawn, without notice. 😯

    Does this mean that if I am able to obtain parts cheaper elsewhere (for whatever reason!) and limit my MasterPart purchases to occasional essential/unique items only then I would be “struck off”, so to speak? 😕

    Just curious.

    I’ve never noticed that before, I always go straight to the log in page. A tad strong I think, hopefully one of them will see this post tommorow and offer some comment 😉

    If you don’t use Connect for long enough, they cut you off – without the upfront warning.

    True enough, just the wording comes across as a bit strong to me 😉

    I don’t think either cut you off if you place the occasional order, only if no orders are placed over a long period (no idea on the time scale 😕 )
