    Will a VS5 (make on rise signal) do this as genuine is listed as £35 squids?

    I would think so yes, I’ve no info on that model but most freezer stats operate at the same temperature 🙂

    Cheers Dave, the parts listed on Electrue for NavaScotia are same as Hoover Chest Freezers (£35) but no alternate listed, i’m gonna bring a VS5 anyway, see how it goes ..

    Standard freezer stat with warm on warning light is what you need, Ranco VS5 is the one
