What do I need to ask for to get the correct stat for a Scandinova LF111D, tall upright larder fridge? It’s a Danfoss type with 3 terminals (3,4 and 6,) plus earth. I’ve already been sent an incorrect stat that I ordered from the model no.
Apologies, I’ve also posted this in the refrigeration section.
Any help would be appreciated.

These thermostats are pretty universal, the only difference being yours will have an extra long capillary 🙂

It’s definately wrong – the one I’ve been sent is the type with only 2 terminals (I presume it for a fridge without a defrost cycle?). The capillary, though not quite as long as the original, was just long enough. Yeah, I know that they are fairly universal – I just can’t remember the specific Danfoss type so that I can go back to the supplier and tell him what I want.

Ah, ask for a Ranco VT93 then 😉
A straight swap for the Danfoss with 3 terminals (plus earth) and a long capillary.
