Have aproblem on a smeg x-hood,kse6600xl. occasionally when you press the button for the light the fan comes on at no’s 2 setting.I no,no big deal but thats customers! wondering if this was just a board fault or the customer has some how preset it to do this?only odd thing was one of the halogoen bulbs has blown.Didn’t want to order a pcb then find it was some sort of fault code.needless to say nothing in the handbook

Nothing about fault codes for this model anywhere.
