    Hi,

    We have a Fisher & Pykel Excellence 7.5, Smartdrive 9. Model number is GW709AU. The washing machine attempts to fill in short bursts, tries about six times then gives up its attempts. The fault code is 00101011. We have tried filling on all water temps but it still does the same thing. Help please!

    “Out of balance” switch faulty. Check for faulty wiring, corrosion, and switch function. Can be electronics but this is very unusual.

    Power off when taking the top deck off.
