    Hello

    One of the hob dial switches is wobbly on my Hygena deluxe. How do I gain access to the switch to either fix or replace it?

    Hello Dave
    Thanks for responding. Model number on the cooker box is AHY3120 and on the seperate hob APM1220. I solved the hob switch problem by pulling off the plastic knob and then tightening the brass washer, which had fallen off the base of the switch. However the red led which indicates whether one of the hot plates is on, works intermittantly. How do I access this light?

    By taking the hob apart after uninstalling it (with the power off :zap:)
