    Does anyone know why Indesit tumble dryer drums (after about 2 years) starts rubbing the back of the dryer. The drum seems to move from front to rear a small amount allowing this to happen. What is worn and needs replacing?

    Model numbers?? some of these are Creda/Hotpoint based with the plastic, square rear bearing that has been replaced with a phosper bronze bearing. Also possible some have the felt front bearing seal that has been superceded by a complete drum and duct kit.
