    I have a problem with our dishwasher it runs half way through the program the stops and then flashes the no 4 light (which is eco wash), it then wont let me try and select anything else, if i turn it off then it goes resets and lets me re-select the program. but does the same apart from on the soak program, any ideas??

    No heat detected in the time allowed – heater is notoriously unreliable in these machines.

    Power off if you wish to investigate; part will be available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk if required.

    Thanks for that penguin45, how easy is it to replace the heater element??

    Ok I have replaced the heater element but its still doing the same, I have noticed that the program light goes out when the program starts can remember whether this is normal tho

    do these machines have a reset switch??
