    Hi,

    Would anyone know what fault code F-08 means on an Ariston Margherita AIB 14 washing mashine, is it bad ?

    It is supposed to signal that the heater relay cannot be energised. In practise a large number of engineers will run a mile on hearing the dreaded words,

    “F08 or 8 flashes”. Speaking from (bitter) experience it can be one of, or a combination of, wiring, connection blocks, module, thermistor, pressure switch etc.

    A very common fault that solving can be a nightmare. Would advise that you check the link in my sig to see if we have someone who can assist.
