    Can anyone help me ???
I have a customer with the above model of dryer that doesn’t work on the H and J programs. When switched to the H or J program it goes straight to the cool-down and then ends. It works fine otherwise.
I have tried changing the main module, heater block and the NTC probe. I’m at a loss as i can’t find anything else involved !!!!!

If you post the PNC (several versions of this one) I should be able to get the diagnostics etc for you 🙂

We have the TDS off-line discs for the test programs. Unfortunatly the machine runs through the diognostic without bringing up a fault !!!
    PNC no is 916716804/00

Ah, if you have TDS there’s probably not much more I have.

Does it have the wiring diagram and 53 page service manual on there ?

    Dave.

Sorry Vladd but I have not had this problem before but looking at the wiring diagram, I wonder if the connector block connection to the element is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} ??

H & J are the low heat cycles (and G too) so possibly the connection to and from the element may not be made and it goes into default as a result? We know the element and module are new, but what of the connections between them?

    Just a thought? 🙂

Try cleaning the drum with white vinegar, a slight patina can form and the electronics do not receive a true reading. You can also try adjusting the humidity sensor level (see user instructions)
