    Fairly old machine, squareish plastic door handle required.

    Details from behind Pump cover flap are Model C80412-D, Fnr 823 0316.

    TDS doesn’t seem to recognise these numbers?????

    It won’t, that’s the factory number, you need the number from the control panel 😉

    Not making much progress on this one, she has left another message giving model as an FL811 which TDS still does not recognise, 😕

    EDIT. Its OK, I have found a little piccy on Freefind, sorted. 😀
