Read a really useful discussion from April 2005 about a problem which we have with KGV3120GB/01 and suggested workaround using part 491416 to short pins on the control board. Told my friendly local engineer about this and he is prepared to give it a go but would like more details on the resistance of the thermistors on this model to check that we are actually dealing with the same problem and hence this solution will work.
Is there any way of getting hold of circuit diagrams or the relevant technical data for this model to make sure we are doing the right thing?
