We have recently had a problem with the Bosch freezer. The Freezer can not maintain its temperature, it keeps rising. We generally turn it off for 15 mins and then it starts to work again.

The compressor is getting Hot but the Cooling fins at the rear are luke warm at best and room temp when the temperature is rising. 🙁

    Any idea’s?

Could be numerous things as its frost free.
This hot weather is causing havoc with refrigeration at the moment.
You could try giving it a 24 hour defrost and see what transpires after a week. If problem re-occurs I would strongly suggest an engineer visit, try the link below.

I defrosted the freezer for 24 hours and it went down temp after about 4 hours. I placed about a liter of water in the freezer and the temp started rise. It seems to struggle getting items down to temp. If I place it in super mode it gets down to temp pretty fast.

    Is there a problem ?

If it can manage it on fast freeze I would be thinking along the lines of NTC or module.

Only a an enigineer visit can confirm this, you could try the link below.
