    i selected program 3 and it just sat at the position for 2 hours before i realised doing the same thing over and over again ? i have tried program 7 and that seems to be working fine ? any ideas
    ps i have already checked filter got a 20p out of it 😆

    Could be a duff heater, although that normaly causes the program to abort after a certain time.
