Ok ive read a fair bit about this dishwasher from searching so i just need to confirm it buggered before i replace it as it 9 year old.
Ive cleaned out the blue tubes and to be honest they wernt that bad anyway.

Machine fills ok and u hear the pressure build up in the spraying arms as it does. It then stops spraying as normal to fill with the extra water for a few seconds it needs. It then stops. I assume this is where it normally heats the water as it heats it as its going along. Is it a timer fault (in the bin it goes) or something more simple im missed when reading all about it. No smell of burning from the heater at all or strange noises. Im fully able to use a avo meter should u suggest i test something

many thanks for your help on this matter as heven forbid i have to wash any more pots as its beneath her to do it lol

Programme will not advance until pressure switch is activated – the fill may be cutting off on the overfill safety shut off before switch is activated. Did you clean out the horseshoe hose underneath? This can be critical. Additionally, the valve can become oversensitive with age.

    Power off, please.

yep spot on cleaned out the tube underneath and tested the switch. Now all seems fine.

Seeing as you saved me the cost of a new machine i guess id better make a donation of some sort to keep this fantastic forum running. Can you give me a link please.
