    Hi Folks

    Anyone know the part no for the motor brushes on a Zanussi FLE1216W Prod No 914514537?… This is a new machine 14mths old with a Sole motor fitted but the brushes look different to the old type as the connection tag is about a third of the way down the housing..

    Have checked the Zan Disk but it is only listing a motor for that model..

    Or.. do the old type carbons fit?.. looks like it might be a bit tight for the tag connector wire tho..

    According to Zanussi 50226588007 fits all Sole motors from 1996 onwards 😕

    It may be wrong of course 😉

    Thanks Dave… Got some of those on the van so will try those.. thought I would try and get original type but looks loke a lost cause..

    Might be this type motor is new and they haven got round to releasing brushes for it yet as tried Masterpart/Connect and they’re saying motor only?

    Will let you know if they fit… re-booked for Friday

    Might be totally wrong Mick , but have a look at Connect CBN9041.

    That looks like the right one… strange only looks like they do a patten part and can only get that partno up on their web site not on the connect prog disk.. prefer to fit gen if I can but when needs must… as they say.. 😀

    Hi Folks

    Went back and fitted gen brushes 50265481007 (which are the same as 50226588007 but come as a pair and are cheaper) and they fit (the lead to the far brush is a bit tight but ok). although the body is slightly smaller.. looks like the original fit a slightly longer brush to compansate for ware on a high speed motor (could tell as only the tag had broken on brushes and little ware had taken place).

    Will get patten brush to keep on van for future calls though till get gen partno for original brush..
