whirlpool AWM5125 fabric conditioner???

We are having a problem with the fabric conditoner draw in that the conditioner is not going into the drum on the rinse cycle unles I catch it in time and add a glass of water, I dont understand this as the soap dispenser draw seems to be working ok with no residue of soap left in I can see water going into the conditioner bit when I open the draw slightly to look but obviously not enough, I have tried everything got quite a lot of caked on conditioner off (yuk) cleaned it totally but still its not working….any suggestions?? 🙄
