My Creda Frost Free Fridge Freezer is having problems. There is water coming out of it even though the Freezer and Fridge are cooling alright. I had problem that the fridge wasn’t cooling well enough but after defrosting and ensuring that the fan is working alright, I still have leaking water from the unit.

    Please help
    Thanks

    Re: Creda Fridge Freezer

It depends where the water is coming from to find a likely cause but the most likely is from the fridge due to the drain hole at the rear being blocked 😉

Model number required please for further advice 🙂

Thanks for your reply. Sorry dont have the model number 🙁 but it is with Fridge on top and Freezer on bottom.
Just to let you know that when I was defrosting the unit, the water was spilling rather than going on to the tray (on top of the compressor) which is connected to the hose.

    Thanks again

It will be inside the fridge next to or behind the salad bin normally, sometimes on the overhang of the lid 😉

    Re: Creda Fridge Freezer

Some Creda fridge freezers don’t have evaporators in the fridge section. If your fridge freezer pushes cold air from the freezer to refrigerate the fridge and you had fully defrosted the freezer evaporator… check the hose that goes into the tray on the compressor for blockages.
