    Hi all,
washer Beko WM 1210S S/N:ZY100461; 6228315000 start to spin quit after power on…
    The electronic module:
    REV: CM2B9eA5a
    S/N 560494900657
    P/N 2802090200

I know the problem seems to be the thyristor… but from one closer look on the PCB I found one SMD diode who looks like 1,52 Watt (perhaps Zenner) which is scc (shortcircuit). The problem are: I cann’t read more then SM 12…. 😯

    Can anyone help me? 😉

    Hi Baron,
Is the diode short circuit off the board? You can get back readings if it’s still on the circuit board. Triac on heatsink is often the culprit, but check drive motor for earth leakage and that the tacho coil and magnet are ok.

    Yes Penguin45,
When I posted the diode was allready measured off-board (disconected) and a part of text was erased therefore I ask. the name is start with:
    SM
    12

The triac BT138X-600F is OK but I have changed, taho checked, motor checked also for leakage to ground…

Please if you can help me for the name of diode name or parameter…

    I succeed to read more
    SMZ
    12

And this is a 12V zenner diode

This reading is corect? Or is another diode there?

    Baron
