We are about to complete on a property purchase in Spain. In the property specification the appliances to be installed were Balay or similar standard. On inspecting the apartment the applicances installed are Teko which I understand is not of similar quality and is in fact a cheaper alternative.
Could anyone please confirm this ? or indeed point me in the right direction to obtain documented proof that a cheaper alternative has been installed.Any assistance would be appreciated :rolls:
