    the only id on the machine is as follows.

    LINCAT
    MW5
    71AX300280

    i need the white square “glass” support plate on the bottom of the cavity.can any one help?

    Lincat is a commercial catering manufacturer:

    Best go direct to them but where did “Samsung” come from ?

    samsung is the name on the front of the microwave,and it looks like a samsung.I didn’t think lincat made commercial microwaves.
    Lincat is just written above the numbers on the rating plate.
    I still think i will need a samsung part number.
    i’ll give lincat a try though.

    i have been informed by AWI that this machine is the same as the samsung CM1049 and the CM 1039

    can any one help with the part no. now?

    Part number is DE97-00191A and described as ceramic tray so that must be the one 🙂
