    Please help.

    The above model starts the program and fills the machine with water and then spits out the code that claims it cannot draw water. Is there a way to reset the machine.

    You can try to reset it but I don’t think it will help on this occasion although it’s worth a try. If you use the search function here:

    http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … ile=search

    And search for “smeg and reset” (exactly that witout the quotes) you’ll find the process 🙂

    The machine is now working fine. Great website. We have had hassle with this machine since the guarantee ran out so will never buy a SMEG dishwasher again. 😀 🙂
