    Model No. 86617 Freezer section had build up of ice on floor of freezer. Traced this to constant water leaking from small rubber tube half way up inside back freezer wall. Eventually leaks out onto kitchen floor. Any advice welcome.

    One of the defrost heaters has failed by the sound of it, these will need checking for continuity to see which one though.

    Power off if checking further or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer to diagnose for you 🙂
