    I have purchased the 2 freezer thermisters from your site, but the fridge still does not cool, and the fan is not working. I have run the unit through its test cycle (press save while turning power on), and the fan powers up twice for 3 seconds each during the test (i did open the fridge door and close it during the cycle, this might have had something to do with it coming on twice).

    Any ideas what the fault could be? The freezer is just about reaching -20, but not reaching its usual -22. The compressor is running constantly, and the fridge is at +26. The appliance is about 6 years old, running R134A. The compressor fan in the base is running. It had a thorough defrost for 2 days, but there was virtually no ice build up anyway.

    Have a read through the huge Mistral post (sticky at the top of this forum) and check the references to the baffle in the fridge 😉

    It may be that. Power off of course when checking
