Hi, I’ve been reading the forum for quite some time and found it to be a fantastic source of information, so thankyou 😉

I’m in the process of re-fitting my kitchen and I’m looking for a 90cm-wide gas range-style cooker.

I’d like a gas hob and gas oven (single cavity). All that is available locally with a single cavity oven is the Delonghi DFG905 cooker in Comet.

Using the net, I’ve sortlisted the Baumont BT2531SS http://www.baumatic.co.uk/catalogue/ind … il&id=2333 and the BT2630SS. How do these compare to the Delonghi as a brand?

I’ve considered Smeg, but as far as I can tell they don’t offer a single cavity gas oven.

How about CDA? I can’t find a local stockist, but found the CDA CD9300 http://www.cda-europe.com/docs/Product{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} … CD9300.htm gas cooker on the web.

Do I have any other options for a single cavity 90cm cooker with a single cavity gas cooker?

I’m looking to spend upto £700ish, and at the moment the Baumont ones seem to meet my needs, but I’m not sure about the CDA CD9300?

    Any advice appreciated, thanks.

Out of those two aleem go for the CDA better all round 😉 . Take a look at the Lofra 90cm range. A very good build of cooker, with good solid pan supports, strong door hinges and a nice feel on the controls, it meets your`e budget too.
