    Hi Guys,

    I was wondering if anyone can help. I have a Hoover AE130. I noticed that the soap powder wasnt being taken by the machine when i use the saop dispenser. After a bit of research, i have narrowed it down to the spray arm. I pull the drawer out during the wash and the spray arm doesnt move at all and it isnt aimed at the right “channel/gulley” for the soap dispenser. Now, the spray arm is controlled by a spring and this seems fine as i can revolve the arm manually and it springs back into place. The spray arm doesnt seemed jammed or seized as i can revolve it manually. Any one have any ideas? Much Appriciated.

    The spray nozzle inside the dispenser is controlled mechanically by the rotation of the main timer (cam).

    Check there, with the power off of course :zap:
