Thanks Dave , Connect is the only supplier I can get a price on this part , £41:10+vat 😯 with SRP£60:37 :eeek:.

Are these prices about right or are Connect having a laugh :?:.

With 3 of the 4 regulators playing up it looks like a new hob.

It’s noit on the GIAS price list so it may have been superseded or even obsolete 😕

Have you got the serial number and I’ll try and find out for you 🙂

It looks much like an Ego simmerstat to me so it may be worth checking the numbers on the stat itself and getting pattern ones 😉

Serial No. 3591600 , I think cause I`m struggling to read my own upside down writing :rolls:.

If I can`t get gen. replacements at a reasonable cost I`ll call it a day on this one because it would mean a return trip and the hob would need removed and taken apart as there is no inspection cover plate 🙁 .

    Thanks again :D.

Confirmation from GIAS, the part number is now 92917343….

… at an astonishing £64.14 ex VAT list price :eeek: :tomato:

On a PAV hob it should be one of the white block ones from Ego as Dave says, there’s two version used from memory one with a blue plastic cover that is rectangular and one with a blue rectangular cover. Both were available pattern for a fraction of the cost from GIAS.
