    Number 25 went in this afternoon. 8)

    One tomorrow and one next week lined up already. 🙂

    Wonder how the cloven hoofed one is getting on. 😛

    Jim has got a big help though to be fair…

    Our Mr Merloni is doing a grand job for him! 😆

    You’ll all be pleased to hear that the feedback we get about the machine and the agents is just staggeringly outstanding. People don’t just love the machines, they love the service and attention that they’re getting from you guys. I think that pretty much sums up the concept and it’s no wonder they want you back.

    number 7 going in on friday 8) just can’t seem to be able to sell more than one a month 😥 but we’ll keep trying to educate some of these sceptics 😉

    I have sold two so far by just talking about them when repairing other appliances ,the friday before we went on holiday we had a phone call from a customer whose de deitrich dw I repaired a month ago,Her bosch washing machine had flashed from underneath it was 6 years old so she didnt want to spend much on it so when could I deliver one of those machines I was talking about last time I was there.
    she had a new machine del, inst ,connected and demonstrated within two hours I quote ” I would like to see curry’s give me service like that !”

    and the other against a hpt wma with bearing failure ( I talked about the ISE when I fixed her Hpt DW)
    they do really sell themselves

    Goatboy senior has finally embraced the idea now tho, and is trying alot harder. But, sales have been very slow these last two months. 🙁
