Before posting I did look to see if there was a post for this particular error message for this make/model, but I could’t find one.
I have found lot’s of F-03 error messages but they seem to have 2 different meanings, could anyone either point me in the direction of a post I may have missed, or let me know what this code means – I don’t think we have lost the user manual, it’s just our house is in a bit of disarray due to doing up the kitchen.
Any help would be appreciated.

feeling really pleased with myself. i came home from work, fiddled with the drainage pipe, raised it a bit higher before making the dreaded phone call – had dropped due to being moved, etc, . put the wm on a rinse and spin cycle and no f03 message, just about to put a load on now to make sure.ta for the advice, will bear it in mind if i get the message again.
just wanted to share, that for me it appears to be a very simple answer – and at no cost 😉
