    Can someone please tell me where on this machine i can reset the thermostat. It tripped a few years ago and an engineer charged £55 + VAT to press a button 🙁 . I wasn’t at the premisis at the time so don’t know what he did and now the firm has gone out of business.

    I have seen other threads on this forum saying that for other Diplomat dishwashers one should remove a panel in the bottom of the machine to access the red reset button. However the 8224 doesnt have a panel you can remove :?:. All there is is outlet pipe from a resevoir.

    Any help on this matter very warmly received.

    Yep, it does 😉

    Uninstallation required though (with the power off :zap:)

    If you’re unsure, check the repairs@ link below for an engineer 🙂

    Once the appliance is removed, can you please tell me where the panel is containing the reset switch?
