hi all found fault rotating timer,turned out to be heater,ordered one from local shop,i dont think its right mine has hole for ntc,his did not.they said its now incorparated in the heater,so just discard the existing ntc and unplug,luckily the tag was broken so there sending it back.would like any advice guys and possible part no,is this correct,ta richard.

Moved to Trade Spares.
According to Partfinder there are two different heaters for this model, it does not say that they are interchangable. You will need a serial number to correctly identify the right part.

w123 uk bg theres 2 versions metal or plastic tub, parts are different so check what tubs fitted and the serial number
there is also a normal w123uk wich has the metal tub with the normal 4 legged bearing spider
