DWF50S The eco and prewash light are flashing in tandem. There is no leak onto the bottom tray. I have just replaced the heater element. The dishwasher worked fine until it started to leak at one of the joints that I had reattached to the heater element. Corrected the leak, but now the machine lets water in and then the eco and prewash lights flash. The machine drains the water and then just sits with the same two light flashing. Any idea what might be wrong ?

Counting from left to right (1 to 4 normally) which led’s are flashing ?
